Solitude – Interactive audio-visual installation – 2020
Solitude (2020) is an interactive and generative 3D art piece, exploring the state of being alone. At times, people simply need to be heard while living in solitude, a sentiment that became even more tangible during the COVID-19 lockdown. The project Solitude consists of a white box with visuals projected onto it, which react when someone speaks to the box. I used projection mapping technology and computer programming to bring this project to life.

Forest – Interactive audio-visual installation – 2020
Forest (2020) is an interactive sonic painting designed for physical spaces, enabling audiences to tell the story of their desired forest through sound. By touching various parts of the painting, users can create and explore unique soundscapes. The audio-visual piece evokes the experience of playing a calming musical instrument, with adjustable pitch, speed, and volume controlled by side knobs.

Fall – VR video installation with immersive audio – 2019
We are living in an era that impacts of global warming are projected all around. What would the earth look like in 50 years? What would be my role as an artist in this era? We might not be able to see all four seasons anymore, Fall and Spring would be missing due to all the changes on earth. I wanted to represent a park in Fall of 2019 from my own perspective and archive its memory.

The Room – Virtual audio-visual installation – 2019
The Room explores the concept of loss and the enduring nature of memories. The installation represents my father’s room back home—a small space with a gramophone, bookshelves, a rocking chair, a phone, and multiple paintings on the walls. He had a collection of old records he would play on his gramophone. Those songs remain etched in my memory; about half were Persian, while the rest were in various languages, including English.

Father – Interactive light installation – 2018
This installation was created in memory of my beloved father, who passed away in April 2018. I often imagine him watching over me from above. This art piece reflects my thoughts on the loss of a loved one. His memories remain vivid in my mind; I can recall his appearance, yet there is that missing tactility that makes him unreachable.
